Tails & Tales Studio, operated by Luci Emma, is a creative tool. This page explains what we do and do not promise about money, followers and views.

1. We do not promise any income or growth

Nothing on this Site, in the Product, or in any email or video connected with it is a promise, guarantee or prediction of earnings, followers, views or engagement. We make no representation that you will earn anything at all.

2. What the Product actually does

The Product writes text — image and video prompts, captions, plans and listings — for you to use with your own AI tools. It does not post for you, grow a page, create a shop, list a product, drive traffic, or sell anything. Between a prompt and a result there is a great deal of work that is yours: making the images and videos, choosing what to post, posting regularly, listing, pricing, marketing and customer service.

3. Results depend on things we do not control

• How much work you put in, and for how long.
• Your own skill, taste and judgement.
• Which AI tools you use and how well you steer them.
• The platforms you post or sell on, their algorithms, rules, fees and competition.
• Demand in your niche, the season, and plain luck.

4. About the pictures and video on the sales pages

Images and the demo video on the sales pages were made with AI tools from prompts this app produced, or are screenshots and illustrations of the app. They show what the Product can help you make. They are not screenshots of anyone's sales, income, followers or page performance. No earnings or growth figures are shown anywhere, because we have none to show you.

5. Platform rules

Posting on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube or X, and selling on Etsy, Amazon KDP or elsewhere, means following their rules, including their current policy on AI-generated content and labelling. Those rules change and are your responsibility to check.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

7. Your decision

By buying the Product you accept that you are responsible for your own results and have not been promised any particular outcome. If that is not acceptable, please do not buy — and if you already have, our Refund Policy is there for exactly this reason.
